17일 아침에 목을 움직이기 힘들다는데 밥은 잘 먹고요.

학교에 보냈거든요(초3학생 여자아이입니다). 아프다며 조퇴하고 왔습니다.

오른쪽 목과 어깨가 많이 아프다고 울며 건드리지도 못하게 하네요.

그리고 어깨 쪽으로 아프다는 소리를 더 많이 합니다. 그냥 간과해도 괜찮을까요.

평소에 가끔 성장통을 다리쪽으로 호소하기도 하구요.

목이나 어깨에 있는 근육 연축(Spasm)이 생긴 것 같습니다.

그러나 전날 목이나 그쪽 어깨를 다쳤나 뼈에 어떤 이상이 생겼나 살피시고, 또는 감기 등 어떤 감염병을 앓을 때도 바이러스 근육염, 또는 박테리아 근육염이 생겨 그로 인해 근육통 등이 생길 수 있습니다.

그런 병을 앓고 있는지 알아보세요.

다른 이상이 없이 근육에만 통증이 있는 것 같으면 아이브프로펜(Ibuprofen) 등 진통제로 하루 이틀 정도 치료해 주고 뜨거운 습열 찜질을 해주면 잘 나을 것입니다.

만일 근육 연축이 아닌 것 같으면 곧 의사를 보세요.

A. Kim Hello. Thanks for the nice question. The more you know your child’s age, gender, past medical history, family history, medical findings, and clinical tests, the more helpful it is to give you an answer.

We will give you an answer based on the information you provided. It sounds like you have muscle spasms in your neck or shoulders. However, if you injured your neck or shoulder the day before, check your bones for any abnormalities, or if you suffer from an infectious disease such as a cold, viral myositis or bacterial myositis can cause muscle pain. Find out if you have such a disease.

If the pain seems to be only in the muscles without any other abnormality, treat it with an analgesic such as Ibuprofen for a day or two and apply a hot moist heat pack to it.
