섬유근육 통증, Fibromyalgia

전인구의 2~8%에서 섬유근육 통증으로 고생을 한다고 한다. 이 병이 있으면 피로, 기억력 장애, 수면장애 등 증상 징후가 전신적으로 생길 수 있다. 그 원인은 확실히 모른다.
광범위하게 전신에 통증이 생길 수도 있고 때로는 다 촛점적으로 통증이 생길 수 있다. 이런 통증이 생겼다가 없어지고 다시 생길 수 있고 그 통증은 이동성이 있다. 불쾌감각, 감각이상, 화끈거림, 무감각, 저림 등의 감각 이상이 생길 수 있다.
옷을 꼭 끼게 입던지 무엇에 몸이 닿으면 살과 피부가 아플 수 있다.
통증, 피로 수면장애, 기억력 장애, 기분 상함 등의 증상 징후를 적절히 치료하면 일시적으로 회복되었다가 다시 재발할 수 있다.
약물로 치료를 받거나 비 약물 치료 방법으로 치료하면 증상 징후가 일시적으로 없어지든지 덜 해진다.
밝은 빛이나 큰소리, 냄새 등에 과민하게 반응하고 신경에 전반적으로 예민하다.
병력, 증상 징후 진찰 등을 종합해서 이 병이 의심되면 다른 병들과 감별진단해서 진단한다.
치료 교육, 육체적 운동, 인지 행동 치료 등 비 약물로 치료하던지 amitriptyline, cyclobenzaprine 등 tricyclics, duloxetine, milnacipran, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline pregabalin, gabapentin, γ-hydroxybutyrate, cannabanoids 등 약물로 치료하기도 한다.

Fibromyalgia

• It is said that 2-8% of the population suffers from fibromuscular pain. With this disease, symptoms such as fatigue, memory impairment, and sleep disturbance can occur systemically.

The cause is not known for sure.

• The pain can be widespread and sometimes multifocal. This pain may come and go and come back again, and the pain is mobile. Paresthesia such as discomfort, paresthesia, burning, numbness, and tingling may occur.

• Wearing tight clothes or anything that comes into contact with your body can hurt your skin and skin.

• If symptomatic signs such as pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance, memory impairment, and bad mood are properly treated, they may recover temporarily and then recur.

• Treatment with medications or non-drug treatments may temporarily relieve or lessen symptoms.

• Hypersensitivity to bright light, loud sounds, and smells, and overall sensitivity to nerves. • If this disease is suspected by combining the medical history and examination of symptoms and signs, it is diagnosed by differential diagnosis from other diseases.

• Treatment with non-drugs such as therapeutic education, physical exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy, or tricyclics such as amitriptyline and cyclobenzaprine, duloxetine, milnacipran, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline pregabalin, gabapentin, γ-hydroxybutyrate, and cannabanoids.
